LEADERSHIP

Johannes Nel
Johannes grew up on a farm near Montagu in the Klein Karoo and matriculated at Paarl Boys’ High in 2000. He studied at the University of Stellenbosch, where he was a resident in Dagbreek mens hostel. He attained his B.Accounting degree in 2003 and a Post Graduate diploma in Accounting in 2004. He started his articles at a medium-sized audit firm in Stellenbosch in 2005 and passed his two board exams in 2005 and 2006 to qualify as a chartered accountant by the end of 2007. After qualifying he was an audit manager at the same firm and was a senior manager up to August 2010, before co-founding NSI. Johannes completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning at the University of Free State during 2010. Johannes is the executive director at the Stellenbosch branch.

Ryno Snyman
Ryno grew up in the Eastern Cape where he matriculated from Die Brandwag High. He is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch where he resided in the Majuba mens hostel. In 2005 he obtained the degree Hons B. Accounting and commenced articles in Stellenbosch in 2006. This is where he and Johannes met and worked together closely during article years. Ryno qualified as chartered accountant in 2008 after passing his two board exams in 2006 and 2007. He was then appointed as an audit manager where he was a senior manager before co-founding NSI. Ryno is the executive director at the Franschhoek branch.

Experience
Both the directors have a wide range of experience that varies from small businesses to medium-sized businesses, as individual entities or as a group of entities, working with people of different backgrounds and levels of competence.

The directors have experience in the following business areas:
